Booking Process


Email and Phone Booking:

  1. Guest asked for available date.
  2. SKY confirmed available date.
  3. Guest provided booking detail.
  4. SKY issued Booking Form.
  5. Guest checked on detail in the form.
  6. Guest paid deposit. (Cash, HongLeong, CIMB, Maybank, PayPal)
  7. SKY updated Booking Form and sent to Guest.
  8. Booking COMPLETED.

 


Online Booking:

  1. Guest fill in the Online Booking Form.
  2. SKY confirmed available date and issued Booking Form.
  3. IF, booking date is not available, Guest provide another date and repeat Step 2.
  4. Guest checked on detail in the form.
  5. Guest paid deposit. (Cash, HongLeong, CIMB, Maybank, PayPal)
  6. SKY updated Booking Form and sent to Guest.
  7. Booking COMPLETED.

 


On arrival date:

  1. Show your Booking Form to Mr. Yap Peck Hoe or our receptionist.
  2. Enjoy your DURIAN.
  3. Pay the outstanding payment + additional expense (if any).

 


Booking or not booking?

  • Not booking / Walk-in – Greater chance for disappointment because of not enough durian or no durian at all.
  • Booking – Greater chance to taste and enjoy our durian. (Quality and quantity are greatly depend on the weather)
